Refund/Exchange Policy

At our store, we striive to provide the highest quality organic perishable products. However, we understand that situation may arise where a refund or exchange is necessary. Our refund and exchange policy for organic pershable is as follows:

1. Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with the quality or freshness of the organic perishable product you purchased, please contact customer service within 24 hours of recieving the product. We may require you to provide details about the issue, along with supporting evidence such as phtographs. Upon verification, we will issue a full refund to your original method.

 

2. Exchanges: If you recieved a damaged or spolied organic pershable product, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of recieving the product. Provide details and photographs as necessary to support your claim. We will arrange a free exchange for a fresh and undamged product of the same value. 

 

Please note the folowing conditions:

-Refunds and exchanges are only applicable within 24 hours of recieving the product.

-The product must be in its original packaging and must not have been consumed or used significally.

-We reserve the right to request the return of the product in question for inspection and verification.

-In case of an exchange, we will make our best efforts to deliver the replacement product as soon as possible, depending on availability .
